Sorry I have not written in a while. Busy with life and having fun with Bibi and Pops here. Jasper is now learning some sign language using Baby Signing Time. At first he did not care for the shows, but now he really  enjoys them. Last night he started signing ball. He is already signin hat, more, and another new addition is shoes. Another new thing he really likes is his crab shaped sandbox that Pops ans Bibi got for him. I'm going to attempted to add a few pictures of him in the sandbox. Keep your fingers crossed...
no such luck-maybe sill figure this thing out one day. :/

I was going to put some pictures up but it turns out my computer doesn't want me to...so words onlt today. Update since last blog...
We have been to Jasper's first wedding, first beach trip, first golf cart ride and first ferry ride. I know I am biased but Jasper sure does dress up a suit nicely. He had a 3 piece suit outfit (trousers, long sleeve dress shirt and vest). It also had the cutest clip on tie. He did a great job at the wedding. He LOVED that it was outside. He liked to flirt with the bridesmaids too. Imagine that.:::
As for our first beach trip... it was to Bald Head Island. It was a family trip with my parent and sister's family. We started out with a ferry boat ride. Jasper loved looking at the boats and the seagulls. He was so sleepy that the swaying of the ferry put him right to sleep. Then we rode a cart from the ferry to the house. He, let's see how can I put this... LOVED THE HOUSE WE STAYED IN. He loved the stairs inside and outside, loved the gravel driveway and loved the cool ride (golfcart). The first beach we went to was kind of cold and very windy. So we went to another beach. He really seemed to like the sand. We went to the beach several times over the nezt few days. I think Jasper loved more and more each time we went. I hope to put all kinds of wonderful pictures up soon.

15 month appointment

Friday the 16th was Jasper's 15 month appointment. Much to my dismay he had to get shots at this appointment too! I had to apologize to Jasper as I had told him that he would NOT be getting any shots that day. Bibi went with us to the appointment. She got to meet Nancy, th PA that usually sees Jasper for his well-child visits. Jasper has started walking so ne got to show off some of his new skills.  His weight and height have slowed down a little bit and the measurement of his head was actually measured to be smaller, so Nancy said that she thought that his height and head measurements were actually a measurement at his 12 month appt.
Here are his latest measurements:
weight: 29 pounds, 6.4 ounces (94.87%)-down from 96%
height: 2 feet, 9 inches (93%) - down from 98.6%
head: 18.9 inches - down from 94.8%
So still above average it looks like. He is wearing 24 month/2T clothes. More pictures to come int the future. :

Spring is here!

So for those of you that don't know, there is patch of land here that has a ton of daffodils planted there. People go there and take pictures when the flowers are in bloom. We missed it last year, but we decided sinec today was nice, it wasn't cold, and the flowers hadn't died off yet we would go. As you can tell we are not professional photograhpers but we did okay. Hope you enjoy the pictures of our sweet baby boy!

I got a new quilt from Bibi and Pops. Bibi did the sewing and writing but I know that if Pops could he would have been sewing it too.
