My first Easter and it was so hot that my Easter outfit had to be shorts. It was 86 degrees that day! I got a plaid outfit cause we all know how much Daddy likes plaid! I also got a new froggy friend who came on Easter. He's the quite type so I don't know his name yet.

4 months old! Can you believe it?!

Today was Jasper's 4 month well child checkup. He was the perfect patient. He was so happy that he had the PA laughing and joking around with him. I guess the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree, huh Joey. :) Jasper weighed 14 pounds, 14.8 ounces. He was 26 3/4 inches long. His weight is at the 52% for his age and his height is at the 96% for his age. Guess we know another thing he got from his daddy. His head circumference was at the 50%. Looks like he has some eczema. We are having to start using Aveeno baby wash and body lotion. She said some of the issues he's been having in the diaper region is likely due to the eczema. He was a trooper about his shots, he only cried when they gave them to him, but stopped crying shortly after. Doctor said we can start him on food whenever we wanted to, but for now he doesn't seem very interested. Doctor put him back on zantac, but upped the dose based on his weight. He will only be taking it twice a day now so we won't have to have the sitter give it to him. He doesn't like the taste of the zantac as well, but i guess at least he only has to take it twice a day. We had gone up to 6oz of milk every 4 hours, but the doctor said to go back down to 5 oz and feed him every 3 hours instead because it is better for his reflux. She said often times babies with reflex will overfill their stomach and make the reflux worse so she would rather he eat less but more often. We don't have to go back until his 6 month well child visit unless he gets sick or something. Here are a few pictures of the cute perfect patient:)
