12 month pictures (some of them)

Heather Sullivan did Jasper's 12 month photoes. She is the one that did his newborn and 6 month pictures (the professional ones). Will put the rest up when she gets them to us but thought you would want to see all the ones we have so far. Enjoy!



So cool I had 2 parties!

I know you would agree that I am so cool that I deserve 2 parties, but the real reason is because I had a fever the day of my first party and Mom and Dad cancelled the party just in case I had something that could make my friends sick. So we had a party with Mom, Dad, Aunt Jess and Bibi and Pops (on skype). Then the next week we had a party with some of my friends because I was all better. Here are some pictures from the parties.

12 Month Appointment

Jasper had his 12 month appointment this afternoon. He got 3 shots and his flu booster. Turns out he has an ear infection in his right ear. So we will be starting him on antibiotics this evening. She said he was a little behind in his gross motor skillqs but she feels that it is likely due to the fact that he is such a large kid. More to move, so it takes a little longer to do the gross motor stuff than it would for a kid that is smaller. His measurements were:
     
weight: 26 pounds, 15.1 ounces (93.2% for age)
height: 32.5 inches (98.6% for age, up from 90% at 9 months old)
head circumfrance: 19.09 inches (94.8% for age, up from 70% at 9 months old)

She said that he is big (weight wise) for his age, but she is not concerned about it because he is so tall. His weight and height is that of the average 18 month old. Guess that makes sense as to why he is in 18-24 month clothes.

Jasper is crawling to beat the band here lately. He seems to like the Christmas tree. Sometimes he acts like it's not even there and other times he just stares at it. We are going to try to do his birthday party with friends on Sunday. Gonna make cupcakes for everyone versus making another cake. Will wait until after that party to download and put on the blog all the new pictures.

Briley's farm

We took Jasper to Briley's farm and he got to see pumpkins, llamas and gourds....oh my!

We didn't do the corn maze or hay ride, maybe he will be up toe the hay ride next year. Here are some of the pictures we took that day.

Jasper dressed up as Robin from Teen Titans for Halloween. We went to see his friends Maxwell and Alexa. We also stopped by and saw Amy and Derick. They all said Jasper made a cute Robin. :)
